@wfung8572 if you don't mind, you can try Krita. It's installation with ai diffusion plugin can be easily install. All you need is a decent graphic card and it can support Nvidia, amd GPU, Intel GPU and even can use CPU to do ai generation. Just CPU will be very slow.

暫時應該冇免費嘅方案。因為影片每秒鐘有大約30格。最大問題係ai做這方面好難做到每一格畫面有相連的資訊。所以就算你可以透過呢種方法將水印移除, 哪個位置作出影片時都會不停閃爍。
所以需要透過專業軟件做很多的mask來處理。暫時應該非常費時。
