Recipe:
Creamy Chicken Burrito Bowl in the Crockpot
Prepping Ingredients:
Peel and dice 3/4 medium yellow onion
Take a Rotiserree Chicken and dice up (medium size)
Move to Crockpot:
Spray sides and bottom of crockpot
Take a block of cream cheese and dice up then place into bottom of crock pot
Add diced chicken on top then add the diced onion
Add 1 bag of frozen super sweet golden white corn
Add 1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis
Add 1 can of blacked beans unrinsed
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of cumin
Now add 1 Hidden Valley Ranch Packet and stir
Add 1/2 cup of bone chicken broth
Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours to let flavors marinate
You can serve with jasmin rice or wrap in a tortilla!

Oh my word, that looks so good. My hubby loves Mexican food and I know he would enjoy this for sure. He likes the yellow rice too.
