I grew up there as a 16 year old driving a big Chevrolet v8 down the narrow streets was the best drivers training

Absolutely lol... the most narrow streets ever and every other streets a one-way it seems so it's like an obstacle course

Wheeler between Proctor and Central my home till 1973. I was there in 2011 and it was 3rd world scary and sad.

Yeah it cleaned up a lot in the last five to seven years in that area but from the 90s till about 2010 it was a lot rougher over there that's for sure
