@@AyaRaoof17 i've mainly used Chatgpt for assessment of my inprovements..I've watched lot of videos from this channel and always trief to make use of my learning in the mock tests..before the main exam, i took 2 mock tests in a nearby institution which also helped boost my confidence.. Lastly, i would say speaking is 70% about confidence, even though i've struggled with my fluency but continuous practice with chatgpt helped me a lot to fix this issue and on test day i completely forgot about all my weaknesses because i was confident to get a good score cause i've always had the basics right
Keith, thanks a Lot for this excellent lesson, You are the Best teacher, I understand You very well when You talk with all US. BLESSINGS Keith, I apreciaty your advices and your effort to We US. SO LONG, SEE YOU .
That lesson included great pieces of advice. You have nice teaching skills. Can you perhaps recommend courses where you could improve learn the art of teaching? :) But returning to the chunks, the one that gives me headache is the one "Have you ever been...?". For me that is the a hard one to hear out. :)
Connected speech is rather difficult to understand. That's why we find it hard to understand English songs and films, which are full of slang and unusual phrases. We hear different accents when listening to native speakers. Anyway, some speak clearly. So, interaction with native speakers is important to get used to their accent. As you said here, the best thing one can do to improve listening is to listen to BBC. This is correct as by experience I am fully aware that anyone can improve English by watching or listening to BBC programmes. I've been listening to BBC World News and its other high quality programmes for a long time and now I am in a position to understand any speaker. At the beginning, I understood nothing, but got used to the language step by step. We can listen to different accents when listening to BBC programmes. Likewise, it's important to watch BBC documentaries on RUclips, which are presented in clear and easy-to-understand language.
Thank you Keith for you lesson. They're brave tips for my practice listening skill, but not only listening skill, every learning skills. I like your lessons👍❤️🫶

Are slangs acceptable in IELTS speaking? Gonna wanna etc?
After two years of living in the UK, it sounds so common to me now, but to be honest, I struggled a lot the first time. 🙈
