There's no bus or public transport going to Moalboal or southern part of Cebu from the 4 terminals located next SM Cebu City. Yes, SM City Cebu has 4 public transport terminals namely: myBus Terminal (P2P buses), PUJ terminal (PUJ/modern buses within Metro Cebu routes), Van Terminal (Metro Cebu routes), Cebu North Bus Terminal (van and buses with routes to Northern Cebu). All the buses and vans for the southern part of Cebu operate from the Cebu South Bus Terminal which is about 5 kilometers away from SM City Cebu. But you can take a PUJ/modern bus from PUJ terminal at SM City Cebu to get to the Cebu South Bus Terminal.
