I think it depends on your pity but I dont think that's enough for hu tao unless you get extremely lucky so I recommend you save some more. Probably around 14k but if your f2p that might be a bit hard 😅

I have 62 pulls and I’m 68 into pity, I have a full blizzard strayer set prepared for her already, 10 million mora, 500 hero wits and 600 adv exp, all the cryo jade thingies, a black sword at level 90. The artifacts total give me 42.7 crit rate but the set gives me 20% more for enemies affected by cryo and another additional 20% if they are frozen, which is why I built xingqiu. So total of 82.7 crit rate and 168.9 crit dmg, plus Ayakas crit dmg ascension stat gives another 38.4 which means a total of 207.3 crit dmg. 🤩
