I am from the era of Deep purple Black Sabbath Lead Zeppelin etc and Nemophila has all the right quality's to be held in the same regard not quite yet they need a few more years and world tours but its all there .
Which ironically one of Deep Purple’s biggest hits was My Woman From Tokyo. Deep Purple is definitely one of my favorite bands from the classic rock era, and Nemophila is my current favorite band.
Another great musical performance by every member of this badass band. Love them all! Mayu is such an awesome front woman, with such an awesome and unique voice!
in person Hara's bass was awesome, but TAMU's drums blew me away here, the mix here balances it a lot in this MV, but LIVE in NYC she was earthshaking THUNDER! loved every second.
I love that she got to get a showcased bass solo! I feel often the electric guitar solos take attention away from the amazing bass work that Haraguchi-san brings.
There’s a video of them performing it at Aftershock last year, but because Mayu was in her 3rd trimester her vocal projection was very much reduced, due to a baby sitting on her diaphragm. But the whole performance that day was so nuts. The whole show is available on RUclips.
I'm back. Has anyone else noticed Saki let out what looks like a lion's roar to the crowd, huge facial reaction near the end of her first solo, the one right after Haraguchi's bass solo. I love how passionate she gets when she plays, she was in a zone here. Just curious if anyone else noticed it. (timestamp to click on right before she appears to roar 01:50 )
I watched this show on line and Saki went full rock star. I love how there all so individual Hazuki during her solo is so happy after her ascending run ,huge smile telling us i nailed that and i love it .There all brimming with joy and overflowing with fun when they play live most of the songs have extra bits added and Saki never seems to play the soloes quite the same playing in the moment naturally you have to have full confidence in you ability to pull that off.

That is how these ladies treat their fans, I feel appreciated for being a passionate fan.

American musicians seem to have that "I'm a rockstar" attitude and you should feel special to be in my presence, whereas the Japanese female musicians are more like, "I love music and appreciate that you love it too. Thanks for supporting us so we can continue to share more music with you. We will do our best." Respect!
