Turok - Dinosaur Hunter was available for N64 and PC (Windows 95)
The game can be played with newer versions of Windows (8 is untested by myself), but the music won´t work. You may not minimize the game on operating systems newer than XP (in XP and older it will work!), cause this will result in a crash of the game.
This game became freeware since quite some time, thus you can download it for free, legally! Keep in mind, that the German version is (again) extremely censored.

Yeah, I remember watching this too. There have been also some other Turok 2 hard mode videos around, where they actually spend more time regaining their ammo and health at the points where the stuff is endlessly respawing. If I could manage it, I would do that Hard Mode without dying and without spending most of the time regaining my lost health and ammo. Maybe i´ll try it sometime!

This seems like a good game... but there's not much dinosaur killing lol :) How you do it without taking any damage... have you thought about trying that with Turok 2 I'd love to see your efforts as your other videos on Turok 2 are all great!

I remember seeing a run by someone where he always had over 100 health from start to finish (after collecting the first silver +2 health in level 1) and ONLY collecting silver healths, not ultra healths... but he had to really take his time, a lot of sniping with the plasma rifle. If you could do a whole run without a single death on the PC however that looks more tough than the N64 escpecially the way the Troopers on level 6 demolish your health too quick...

On the N64 the troopers aren't that bad and the elite never hit me ever (charge dart then scorpion misslies!), I'm now on the primagen with all 9 lives, in saying that I did the whole quest with no deaths... apart from dying FIVE times on the level 6 boss - but I did do her in with just the razor wind ;) (after I ran out of plasma ammo and shredder ammo), I almost died on the flesh portal level 6 but luckily entered with about 140 health, thanks to the ultra health just before the last section!

I don´t think i will beat this game (Turok DH) completely without taking damage. I got stuck in Level 7, at a point where a lot of respawning aliens and automatic turrets are. With a lot of luck, you may run through without getting hit. But since this is very unlikely and otherwise nearly impossible to do...
And for Turok 2? Well, no damage wouldn´t be possible I think. What I could do is a Hard mode run without dying. I would try to do it without getting hit that much. Would u like to see this?
