you keep making these videos in high elo on various champions where you win and tell everyone, "see guys? Champion is not weak. blah blah blah." Yet, every time, there is one constant factor. Have you considered it's not the champs that are weak or strong? It's the Pekinwoof that is strong.

Dot champs are also very good like Cass, or Brand since every single instance of damage is not reduced as much. MR's efficacy compounds against dots, so if you start out low, and your MR options are terrible then you're going to be super weak to them.
Hwei EQ is an ability that casts from where the caster is at the end of the cast time, however the visual ability spawns at the start of the cast time. So it will consistently have a phantom hitbox like that
