Got one of your strings very recently, and the thing's bloody excellent. Well worth the wait. Highly recommended.
Glad you're in a better place.

Completely understand about the injury getting you down.
I broke my tibia and fibula just over a year ago, 18 weeks in casts was not fun.
Glad to hear you are back out in the woods shooting

Glad things are looking better. I stumbled across your videos, watched every one I could find. They helped me learn instinctive shooting. God bless

Great stuff. Please, for the serving video, give us some recommended final diameters when measuring the finished served section of the string. Plus for which nock size that diameter would be suitable. Thank, Ben from SA

All good. Got my string in 4 weeks, shooting it in our regional 900 round next week. Feels good. The string that came with the bow was fine but I prefer yours. Good luck in this remainder of the year. Keep up the good work. Prefer quality over quantity see ya back on Patreon soon.

Stick with it Jim….. I still have the archery tingle despite not shooting for a long time now. I was thinking the same for autumn too, the targets and now may get a dust off…

I got busy with life there for a while, and after couple months went out for some arrow therapy and bam! Shoulder started aching and clicking😮. Not only that a particular job I had to perform at work seemed to irritate it. So now it's been quite a few months away from archery (Hot too) but shoulder is feeling better and range of motion is returning. Will have to nock limbs back down but feel it is necessary to preserve my joints.
I even stopped watching Archery vids...but I'm back, and glad you are too!

A serving video would be awesome!!! No one really shows or explains whether they’re starting at the top or bottom and the bow always cut off so you can’t just look. That would be such a cool video.

Five weeks for bespoke strings isn't so bad. Most important thing is that your shoulder is coming good. That's great news mate. Super good news. The future's looking up.

Are you planning to create a Mastodon account? 😊 I think the archery community over there would love it.

I'd love to see another stumping video. They seem like the most fun to make. We have some great public lands here in Oregon with loads of old rotten stumps to shoot. Thanks for you do, a lot of people really appreciate your videos and strings. Thanks!

You could make one channel titled "The Adventures of Grizzly Jim" and that should cover an topic you want to cover.

Performing three sets of 30 sec hangs daily from a pull up bar can cure and help a whole host of shoulder injuries, there is a lot of science out there to back this up, and if I were you, I would look into it, and you will be amazed that it can help accomplish
