Governor Webinar 1: Educational Outcomes for Children in Care

This is the first in a series of webinars which will support your work as a governor with specific regard to promoting the educational outcomes of Children in Care in your school.
This series of webinars aims to help you better understand more about the difficulties Children in Care may encounter, the services in place to support them and the role of the most significant partners. You will also hear about the role and responsibilities of school governors in relation to children and young people in care together with suggestions and ideas on the kind of effective actions you can take.
