  • Dubai is a city and emirate in the United Arab Emirates known for luxury shopping, ultramodern architecture and a lively nightlife scene.
We decided this time to spend our vacation in Dubai with our family.
Today is day 7 of our trip and this was a hectic day where we started with the Flying Cup Dubai and the JBR Beach, explored the Palm Monorail ride to the Atlantis, got the glimpse of the magnificent Palm from the View at the Palms and then did explore the Global Village.
Flying Cup is a unique 3-in-1 food and entertainment experience combining fantastic 360 panoramic views of Marina & JBR, a unique sensation of freedom and amazing food. Flying Cup is suitable for the entire family. The experience takes you into a journey 40 meters above sea level, where you can enjoy a delicious drink and be amazed by the fabulous 360 panoramic view.
he Palm Monorail is the most iconic way to navigate across the Palm Jumeirah. It is not a mere form of transportation; it’s an experiential journey to explore astonishing landmarks with every stop. Stretching 5 km into the Arabian Gulf and shaped like a date palm, Palm Jumeirah is a man-made island that is one of the most audacious engineering projects ever undertaken. Today, the 17 palm fronds are home to Dubai residents, major attractions, world-class hotels and spectacular beaches.
Enjoy incomparable views of one of Dubai’s most talked about landmarks at The View at The Palm. Located 240m high, the observation deck presents never seen before 360-degree panoramas of Palm Jumeirah alongside the sparkling waters of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline in the distance. The View at The Palm is located on level 52 of The Palm Tower, which also houses a café, a creative exhibition that showcases the development of the island, interactive aquarium-themed tunnels and a gift shop.
Every year from October to April, millions flock to the ever-popular Global Village. Launched in 1997 with a series of retail kiosks, the open-air destination has grown in leaps and bounds over the years and now serves as a staple treat on Dubai's winter calendar. Whether you’re coming for the fun fair, the food, the nightly cultural entertainment or authentic shopping, Global Village has something for everyone. You’ll find more than 90 cultures showcasing their local products within 27 lavish pavilions and over 175 rides, games and attractions.
