I was once told by a JW that I can read the bible on my own but I couldn't understand it because the Holy Spirit is with them. Being that I was not baptized l was without the spirit and wouldn't understand anything. Being that I can sometimes be very stubborn I did it anyway. I started from the first page and read the whole Bible. Yes there was a lot that I didn't understand, but boy did the bible speak to me where I needed it. When I got to the New testament where the apostle was sent to a gentile house to baptize them, and when he got there he saw that they were already filled with the Holy Spirit, I jumped with joy and said out loud see they were not yet baptized but they had the Holy Spirit 😊 I was so happy for the spirit, but mad that I was lied to. My journey to understand the Bible was long, and I still don't know it all. I still have family who don't believe in the Rapture because they were told that it's not in the Bible and they tell me I am being misled. Well I'm stubborn and I still believe in the Rapture. I praise God for sending his Holy Spirit to help me back then. I'm now a child of God and can't wait to be caught up in the air to be with Jesus for ever more. Amen
My son , out of nowhere. Attacked me from behind and put me in the hospital. I'm 60 with many injuries, now even more. He's been dabbling with occult things for a decade. I'm sure this was a supernatural attack. But God is using this situation to benefit everyone involved.

Not giving in to those sneak attacks has been enlightening. Forgiving has been essential. The devil wants to separate me from Christ by using these situations.
