I have several 3mm Franco’s and I’ve had a 4mm Franco. My current 3.5mm dc Franco is the best of the three sizes. Stay w the 3.5 🤙🏼

Nice chain! the 3.5 plain franco was my favorite chain that i ever had. I have a 6mm rope now that looks massive on the neck compared to my 3.5 franco and it doesn’t even weigh as much. The francos are just built different. I believe u made the right choice the 3.5 is perfect in my opinion it doesn’t look huge on the neck but its packed with so much weight! Like u said “if u know u know” well thats the perfect chain man. If you two stack it that might cause unwanted attention as well. I would keep it bro. To be honest u wont find another chain as small as that one that weighs the same. I think that looks good on you man its a good length and doesn’t look to flashy to me. A nice everyday chain. Hope it grows on you.

I wouldn't do the exchange if I were you. That's the perfect everyday subtle chain. Would look really good stacked with a 6mm 22" rope.

This is the perfect size for a man for sure.
You won't ever regret keeping this.
It will look great for life.
I do really like diamond vut chains.
I have a 3.5 jacoje diamond cut and its at least 2 years old, worn everyday. Wear it in the shower, in the gym, everywhere and it looks as good as the day I bought it.
Didn't turn yellow, like some white gold chains do (at least not yet).
    Just excellent quality jewelry.

I have 4.2mm plan franco 20’. I also have a 3.2mm heavy link and 3mm rope chain. I prefer one big chain over two small chains. It’s good have both options tho.

Looks good. Honestly I think you picked the best length and diameter for your size. I have a smaller build so for me I'll go a little thinner.

I would keep that dope chain and add a 2.5-3.0mm rope 22" with pendant, 3.5mm looks awesome.

I think the 3.5MM is perfect actually. Just great on its own. As for me, I’m looking to go big with a 4 or 5MM Franco chain. Most likely it will be a 5. I like 3MM and up for my chain sizes, depending on whether I add a pendant or go solitaire with the chain.

Keep it. It looks good. Down the road, look into adding a stack, or a pendant, or another standalone piece.

You should keep it, 3.5 is not a common mm size. This would look perfect with the standard Anhk or standard cross. The smaller size pendant is too small for this chain imo. But you do you, give it a week to test it out before making an exchange.

If you don’t love it right off the bat brotha then go with your gut and exchange for the stacked look and make your self happy. I’ve been there plenty of times with many purchases from Braden and in the end my all time favorite piece is my 3mm 20in D/C Franco in 14k with a solid Italian horn pendant. Gotta go thru trail and error to find the perfect set up 👍🏻 good luck

3mm is the sweet spot my brutha. I'm 5'8" 165 and I have a 2.5mm Franco. But I paired it with Jacoje mini angel. I love this look. But I think you'd be happy with the 3mm b/c it's more subtle than the one in the video...what did u end up with?

Nice chain, fam! 💥🚀 How are you digging the 3.5mm Franco at this point?
I leaning towards 20” 3mm dc Franco 18k white gold. I have a 20” 2mm dc Franco 18k white gold that I wear solely with a pendant. It is about 15g. The 3mm Franco is ~30.4g so that is a nice jump in weight for only going up 1mm. It is a nice size and weight for an everyday, stand-alone chain. That being said, the 3.5mm dc Franco 18k white gold is tempting (~53.5g), but I don’t want to drop that kind of coin. It’s crazy the jump in total grams going up 1/2mm in the Francos, especially in 18k. I could get 3.5mm dc Franco in 14k white gold (~44.7g), but I am pretty much set on 18k white gold. Argh, what a dilemma!
I only do white gold jewelry and prefer 18k for the extra density and heft. And subtle flex as you stated. Jacoje has an informative video on RUclips - 14 vs. 18k white gold. Braden’s quote nails the description of 18k white gold:
“More gold around the neck for that spec”

Ordered a 14k 4mm rope from Jacoje... instant dissapointment. Not his fault but that 4mm was so incredibly comically small. It lookee like a littlr kids chain (and im not into big chain's) I learned that day I will never go under 5mm for any chain. I just gave silly chain to my nephew and bought a 6mm from another jeweler
Idk how ppl are satisfied with 3.5mm chains or small they're tiny with absolutely nothing to them
