Probably fake tbh. The birth certificates in those countries at the time were very questionable. My father is from an Iranian village, when a child was born, his father would just go to the local office and claim the day when the child was born without further questioning. In other countries things are a lot more shady than that, esp. back in the day. Some people get their birth certificate at a later point of their lives and not too many questions were being asked. Realistically speaking, I am not sure any claim over 130 or 140 years is believable.
