Thanks for showing these off! Loved it!
@@GrahamStephan Thank you for watching!
Cool shop! I’ve caught a number of good deals through their auctions, but their retail prices are quite high.
@@opethmike Thank you. We have corals of all price points! 😃
Always like your videos. Strong work! 💯
Awesome video Kenny! Going into the store to see these corals I never want to leave. I always learn something new! Thank you for sharing!
@@gmdiaz007 thank you Gloria! 🙏
Absolutely incredible 😲 ❤👏
awesome to see a shop that’s used for IO for a long time. seeing the growth & coloration of these sps is awe inspiring. i like how IO is very stable even after weeks. unlike other salts i’ve used before
Awesome! Thank you!
I can spot these beautiful looking Reef Moonshiner's bottles in the background , lol, great Video!!!!!
@@reefmoonshiners good eye! Those are for the contest tank 😁
Kenny, can you please do a video showing PAR levels of some of your tanks. I think most people would be surprised by a lot of coral growers numbers. I bet they are lower than some may think
I think that would definitely help a lot!
Yes very informative video and beautiful results
Excellent video! Thank you.
@@ReefRondo Thank you for watching!
Great video Kenny

I enjoyed this video Kenny. This tank always catches my eye every time that I'm in the shop. That sump detritus is like coral steroids. You should sell that stuff :)
@@jackson6745 Appreciate the support Richie! You’re one of the OGs. Maybe on April Fools lol
very nice commentary Kevin, and as always, Kenny, you bring in the new biologist reef builders have Salem we have Kevin and Chris
Thank you. We have a good team.
Amazing video. Love seeing the growout tanks. Question: since you cut and sell out of this tank, how do you handle the needs of the corals since the overall bioload changes so frequently? Do you constantly change your dosing/feeding or do you just let the tank settle on its own?
As we sell frags, more frags are made. So no we don’t adjust just let the tank settle.
You should do a video on each on your tanks
@@GEORIGE92 Agree. 👍
1st, love seeing content from you guys ❤
Yay! Thank you!

Hey awesome video! Would you buy established life rock, means its at the store for a couple of months or brand new live rock? I want to do the same with growing sponges on the rock, this was live rock right or just man made rock, which developed over the time? Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪
@@gaiserpaulmaria Thank you for watching! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy live rock from any established systems, store or not. But the trick is to also acquire live rock rubble from multiple other successful reef tanks into mix as well.
On average what are the tanks nitrate and phosphate levels?
Po4 0.05 - 0.1. Occasionally creeps up to 0.14. I don’t test nitrate.
What is the coral on the 37 second
POTO Arctic Tundra. ❤
Kenny is instant ocean parameters low or do you add to the salt to bring it up ?
I wouldn’t call it “low” its alk is around 10 dkh. We don’t add anything to the salt.
@@PiecesOfTheOcean what are you numbers you keep all your parameters?
@@chi-townreefer7736 po4 0.05-0.1, alk 7. We don’t test anything else.
@@PiecesOfTheOcean thank u
Have u tested magnesium on instant ocean?
Have not but we can find this info easily on forums. There’s good one on reefcentral.
How much waterchang you do weekly approx?
@@markushoehle1207 20%.
What PAR is the acro tank grow out getting?
@@arturreef8117 On average about 400
