Windows 10X Review

On January 14, 2021, an image of a hard drive appeared on the Internet with an as yet (at the time of the video was taken) unreleased Windows 10X build 20279. Many people have already looked at it, but my hands have only reached it now.
As for me, it turned out very unusual, but in fact it is a heavily redesigned original Windows 10. What is your opinion on this matter?
