Absolutely loved seeing my teammate Cam train everyday. She's literally a beast. But most importantly, she's really humble and likable. You can tell that she's an underdog who just wants to be great. Can't wait to continue seeing her shine!
@@mssha1980I feel you but that is just how competitive it is here in the U.S. Chew on this, the one Swiss sprinter (name starts with a K), Ta Lou, and Asher-Smith are the best Europe has to offer. Those three great athletes do not hold a candle to America's and Jamaica's best. Think about Dezerea Bryant? Great Kentucky sprinter. Never set foot in the Olympics. Extremely competitive!
She's so tiny and cute lol. I hope she makes the transition she wants to make. This channel is different, It has big potential. Looking forward to more. I subscribed more than a year ago so I can't subscribe again lol
Rooting for all the NCAA athletes like Cambrea, Anavia & Tamara Clark who all went Pro within the last couple of years to rediscover & improve upon the form they all showed just before going Pro! 🤞 for those going Pro this year like Jacious Sears, McKenzie Long, Kennedy Blackmon, Ezinne Abba, Lanae Thomas and many more. 10:18; When Cambrea talks about warming up by herself now as a Pro, is she no longer training with Kayla White? Who's her current coach & training group?
She was talking about when she initially turned pro and she started to travel to meets and instead of having a college team and coach at every meet, she now had to be by herself sometimes. But she still trains with Kayla and the team at Tennessee under coach Ross. Like this spring, Kayla has been in Africa and Europe while Cambrea has been running in the US, and at the same time Ross has been at Tennessee. Cambrea usually travels to meets with her Agent though. Coach Ross actually has her serving as a volunteer assistant at Tennessee. Rooting for the NCAA athletes too! It's never easy especially in the sprints to make a successful transition into long career where your making multiple teams like Prandini has been able to do. Cambrea did get 4th at USAs in the 200m last year so she could do something big again this year.
@@TheFinalLeg Yeah I know ppl sometimes criticise Jenna for not having made an individual Global Final yet, but to have made 4 of the last 6 US 200m Teams plus the 100m Team in '21 is to be applauded! Just realised that Coach Flo has a bit of a rebuilding job on his hands with at least his Female Team with Valery Tobias, Kennedy Simon, Ezinne Abba & Lanae Thomas as SR-4 set to leave right? And Julien Alfred, Rhasidat Adeleke, Kevona Davis as JR-3 & maybe even Ackelia Smith SO-2 all foregoing eligibility to go Pro?!
@@mssha1980 Upplaudable yes, I think Jenna lacks the mentality to score above heats and semifinals despite making all those teams. She should aim at finals and even medaling at individual level. My take though.
@@AllInTheGame01 your right about Texas! Whats crazy is, Flo started I think in Fall 2018 right? So this is basically his first full class of all his athletes who came up under him that are moving on. Its crazy to think how he built this program up to national champions.
America is one of the leading countries in the sport and many of our athletes are over exposed to the point you can be a star without having won anything. This idea that American athletes are somehow underrated is a victimhood farce.
This interview made me love her even more ❤️ the Carolinas are cheering you on all the way
The way you edit and organise these interview videos is elite. Was great to hear more about Cambrea, hope her pro career will thrive.
Thanks for watching appreciate that! And agree, hoping for Cambrea to truly breakout as a pro!
Beautiful segment. Nice to get to know Cambrea a little.
I’m hopeful of Cambrea’s return💜🙏🏾

Well, I think she's right about loving all the personalities in track, and she is one of those beautiful personalities! All the best to Cambrea!
Great interview, I like your format
The US Team is one of the hardest teams to make. I wish her all the best.
Very tough team, but Surgis dis get 4th in the 200m last year so who knows what cam happen!
Yea very hard. The current system is not fair to US athletes imo
@@mssha1980 Interesting, curious what your thoughts are on why you think its not fair to US athletes?
@@TheFinalLega 11.0 sprinter from another country has a chance but a 10.8 sprinter from the US us left at home

It's good to see a US citizen getting some attention. Good luck Cambrea!
I've seen enough of your xenophobic nonsense in a bunch of comments sections, enough already!
