In Gaku's trivia, it says there's a mistranslation of the title. I don't know if you look there because it meant embraced with a sexual connotation.

The verb 抱く (daku) can mean to hug or to have sex with, actually the "dakaretai otoko n°1" line it's pretty difficult to translate that's why I decided to keep it as in the anime and putting the translation note instead
