I remember when i was depressed and then caught covid. For 5 days it felt like the flu (fatigue, fever, chills), but it included the loss of taste and smell. After that, i started to have shortness of breath and was getting really dehydrated. I just didnt care about living and decided to accept my end. I didnt take any fever reducers. For days 9-11 before my fever broke, i was completely out of breath walking to the bathroom, right next to my bedroom. My lungs were hurting trying to catch my breath and from the coughing. I got dizzy quick. Urine was brown. As a man, i normally urinate standing, but i had to sit because it was that bad. The night before my fever broke, it was 104f. Lungs sounded as if it were filled with liquid, but i couldnt cough it out. I dranked a ton of water and told myself if it got worse in the morning, it is time to go to the hospital. It was at 5 am, my fever broke, sweating and i could feel my body radiating warmth under the blankets. After that, the world just seems different. That virus failed to kill me😢

I'm currently quarantined with someone who has covid. I have all of the same symptoms with the exception of the severe cough, fever that keeps returning, severe weakness, grayish skin tone that comes and goes and loss of taste or smell. I tested negative twice. My take on it from personal experience seeing as I'm the one caring for this person, who is of the same age, is that covid is quite like all of the other viruses only 3-5 times worse as far as symptoms are concerned. Yeah, I have a cough that makes my chest hurt and tighten and stuffy head but I can breath and I'm not weak or turning colors and medicine is helping. The person who has covid also rarely is sick and when he is, he usually is over it within a few days. It's been over a week and almost 80 bucks of meds with no end in sight. The cough and on going fever is the scariest bit in my opinion. And his symptoms according to the DR. is considered mild-mid moderate. I'd hate to get the severe version.

I think i might have covid but i barely have sense of smell and sense of taste, its day 5 for me the only thing i have is chills and some headache and sore throat. But im hoping still that its only a flu 😭
My fever won't goaway on day 4th. Fever is little low specifically in head area. Body pain is also decreases. I m worried thinking of Covid
