It is GORGEOUS. I am always in awe of your work but this one might be my favorite. The color combination of that pale pink almost peach roses is stunning but so is the tan bottle with the lilac details. The design of this is just outstanding and so much metallic Lovely...just lovely

The sandpaper certainly makes the job easier. I may have a tool idea for you to use instead of sandpaper. It should work similarly to sandpaper but remove the inedible issue. My husband was watching with me this morning and he thinks he knows of something that would work. He wants to check it out first before suggesting it. I'll get back to you. I have yet to try a 3-D cookie. It takes me a while to decide to take the plunge into more sophisticated projects. I haven't been decorating very long so I'm still gaining more and more confidence with one-dimensional cookies. I have a feeling if I were to try it and have success no one would eat what I've made. Right now, I have friends in Philadelphia who don't want to eat the simple cookies I sent them for St. Patrick's Day. I finally told Bill to put them in the freezer. My husband told them to break off all the heads to make it easier to devour them. hahaha I'll let you know if we think our idea will work for sanding. Something tells me, though, that your projects don't get eaten so sanding paper works well for you. Am I right?
after all is dried...how do you pick it up without bumping the handles and knocking them off? can you lift by gently grasping the body of the urn, front to back, since the rose medallions are solidly attached, and supporting a hand under the base, to carry it? It looks like the base could break off from its delicate attachment to the urn due to the weight of the body if you tried carrying it by the base alone. Hold it instead, by its heaviest component and gently support the rest? Beautiful!

Should I use light corn syrup in the royal icing recipe and if yes how much of it? Do you have a recipe for that type of icing? For your ginger bread cookie recipe, can I put the dough in the fridge for 2 days before cut out and bake it or do I need to freeze them first? What are the defreeze process?

But I usually spend parts of two days decorating a few of them. They taste great, but I do not sell my cookies so I can't give you an exact price. One would have to figure out how long it took that person to make, apply a labor rate, and mark up accordingly, just as one would price any other baked good.
I couldn’t take my eyes of your real blue vase there, I noticed the flower in the actual vase is a not ad pop out as the one you made with cookies.just wondering how can I do that on a cookie? Making a rose looked like the real vase? Please share:)
