Thank you for suggesting the 'png', other videos didn't mention this and instead search "transparent background". It took forever to find one that worked that way. But with your method, every picture I pulled up I was able to use
It’s not working! I tried your method of finding a PNG and I also made my own (using background eraser). But whenever I upload it to Phonto, it continues to show the white background. Help

Thank you SO much for posting this! I was looking for something to help me change all my highlight covers in Instagram and I didn't like using Phonto because I have an android phone and I had to use an ipad to convert and took me a long time. Using Canva now and I finished them all so fast! Thank you again!

I’ve tried this so many times typing in png or transparent background and it won’t work and tips

It’s possible that it’s a fake png! If you’re looking for simple icons, a lot of them could be found here: www.flaticon.com

Hi! It’s most likely a case of a ‘fake’ png picture. You would have to try finding another image instead! When downloading the png image, a ‘real’ png image’s checkered background should disappear

How can you add the highlight cover but not see it when you scroll in the stories? I can see in others account that the cover itself you dont see in the stories please help
Yes, I know how can do it ! when you choose your story! you put your finger on your story for two seconds then a table will appear you choose to Edit afterwards you could modify the cover

You should be able to edit the content of your highlights by clicking "... more"!

This is great but my cover highlight shows up in my highlights, but when I remove it then the cover is removed too. What do I do?
So I have my name as my insta story cover & I don’t like how it changes out of order once u post stories as your highlights ... I’m not sure if it’s a way u can prevent that from happening 🥴

You don’t have to post on your story anymore, you go to your page, click the highlight, edit highlight, and you can have a different cover and take it from your gallery

You have to post your picture on your story to be able to add it in your highlights~

why does my canva dont look the same as yours? is it because mine's android version? i dont have the option to make it myself, it already has template for me to make
Hmm... Perhaps its the android... Have you tried using a random template and delete all the items on it? After deleting the texts and preset graphics, you should be able to create your own! Let me know how it goes :) Good luck!

I don't get it .. what is going to disappear ? When i want to change my highlight cover i open the highlight and simply change it .. can u explain ? And i love u btw ❤
I meant that if you delete the highlight picture from your story the first 24h you post it, you will not be able to create a highlight folder with that picture. What I first tried to was that 1. Post the pink picture 2. Create a Highlight 3. Delete the pink picture from my story because it was random.

Yingzge it's weird because I follow local artists who has these disappearing photo covers when you click on them. Ahhh it's so frustrating!
