Hi! It’s most likely a case of a ‘fake’ png picture. You would have to try finding another image instead! When downloading the png image, a ‘real’ png image’s checkered background should disappear

Yes, I know how can do it ! when you choose your story! you put your finger on your story for two seconds then a table will appear you choose to Edit afterwards you could modify the cover

Hmm... Perhaps its the android... Have you tried using a random template and delete all the items on it? After deleting the texts and preset graphics, you should be able to create your own! Let me know how it goes :) Good luck!
I need your help! I’m following exact directions but I’m not sure why when I add the transparent image onto the background, the whole picture shows up with the grey/black/white grid .
