I feel like Caitlyn and Barry would be good friends. But Felicity and Barry as a couple would be a good relationship. Just saying, I feel like if Iris didn't know Barry as Flash. The relationship wouldn't be the best if she didn't know him is The Flash
Both of those relationships could have been Season Long things, but they decided to rush the West-Allen happy ending. If it had been the 6 or so year slow burn with both maturing into the feelings it could have worked. They had a good dynamic when he was interested in Patty. Instead they made him obsessed with her from childhood and made it unrealistic.

Season 7 is so bad that it makes s4 look good. They should have made frost stay killer frost instead of frost. Flash will never be the same with Cisco and Harry not being there. I mean who has checked on Caitlin. No one. It’s called the flash for a reason. Barry Allen being the flash defeating the villains and taking them to iron heights not Barry Allen defeating the villains with “the power of love and pep talks”. I hope red death, reverse flash or cobalt blue fixes everything. At the end of the day that’s your opinion but this is mines and there are videos to prove that season 4 to 7 are terrible. Season 1 and 2 were great especially reverse flash and zoom. I got so hyped up now it’s just like ok this is a villain who isn’t even that dangerous.

A person who lived his childhood with flash and recently I started season 8 Barry has changed a lot and I miss the simplicity from the beginning now the cases are getting harder on the episode and I really miss a relaxing episode or a a bit of humor, Barry has matured a lot since he was a child and even though the traumas are many wave after wave, now clearly in the new seasons I can no longer see his desire or joy from season 1 or 2, I rlly miss the old days ngl =,))
