Soy español y ver tus palabras hacia estos genios de mi pais me alegra y me enorgullece mucho
Igual que todos los comentarios que estoy leyendo
Te recomiendo a Triana, escuchalos porfavor, quiero ver tu reaccion
How nice to see Paco in this video! It was made at the time he was teaming with singer Camarón and they both were shaking the world of flamenco.Fuente y caudal LP with the great hit Entre dos aguas was soon to be released. He plays spectacular here showing all kind of skills and great feeling.
Yeah I think one of the things I appreciate about his playing is the way he teases emotion out of the strings as if they are a conduit coming straight from his heart and soul!
@@TheKillogicEffect You´re right.I was seeing on you tube an interview with Miguel Vargas,an old flamenco guitarist who said that nowadays guitarists have a superb technique and they´re able to play with incredible speed but there´s a lack of feeling and emotion in their playing. In his youth as a musician Vargas was astonished by Paco and tried to play like him but soon he saw he couldn´t achieve that speed so he decided he needed to walk his own path and play with his own abilities (in the interview he plays an impressive siguiriya, with a masterful use of silence and emotion).Miguel considered Paco the best of all times
As usual Paco amazing us even if he's not with us any longer. What an amazing musician
Absolutely!!!
Turronero is one of the famous singers of the era.
God fingers, playing spanish guitar!
Awesome!
Please, let's listen to the entire concierto de Aranjuez played by Paco...I'd love to see your reaction...but the whole concert, the three movements.😊😊😊
I would love to check that out! Is there a particular link you would recommend?

@@TheKillogicEffect The concierto de Aranjuez is the most well known concierto written for classical guitar. It Has 3 movements, the second one (the Adagio) is the most well known and it has been adapted by lot of musicians from different style including Miles Davis for instance. It is classical music but it obviously take inspiration its inspiration in spanish classical music and flamenco for sound textures.
Paco interpretation is really good and interesting because he respected what was actually written (he got help to decipher the score cause obviously he did not know how to read at that time). He actually paid special attention to the rhythm which is an aspect often neglected by classical musicians.
The Adagio is here : ruclips.net/video/VBf2c0gKIi0/видео.html.
You reacted to a lot of paco de lucia. I recommend you to check Vicente Amigo (you did one which was good) in his prime, like paco he is a monster technically but he s always musical and poetic :

And finally you reacted to the awsome moraito (bulerias) you can check his son who is amazing who has a very different style from Paco or Vicente

Have fun with all of these hope to see one of these in the future :)
According to Paco de Lucía el concierto de aaranjuez was one of the concerts where he had the most tension and nerves. He learned it by heart locked in his house with a classical guitarist for 1 month 12 hours a day. The day of the concert dozens of classical guitarists were in the audience, scrutinizing and trying to perceive some small mistake; but Paco did not make a single one. The second movement is music history, a melody that its composer, Joaquín Rodrigo, who was in the audience, composed with great sadness recalling his honeymoon trip with his wife, the death of his newborn son and almost also the death of his wife. That second movement is a dialogue between the guitar (him angry with God) and the orchestra (God answering him). It makes your hair stand on end, and Paco's interpretation is sublime.

I don't kmow if they have recomended this to you yet, but flamenco has been mixed with rock by amazing artists. You could check two things: the band 'Triana' and an album that the great flamenco leyend 'Enrique Morente' released with 'Lagartija Nick' called 'Omega'. This album leans more towards metal in a few songs. It would be really interesting seeing your reaction!
One 'Omega' song I recommend is 'Ciudad sin sueño' a crazy intro and metal taste.
Hello friend, these songs have already been played on your channel. But every time Paco plays, he makes them different. I hope you enjoy them.
Yeah I enjoy how is able to change the vibe of any given piece!
How great you are, Paco de Lucia
+ If you want to be amazed and go crazy, watch Pharaon piece by Maestro Kema Baliardo
You will never see someone with skills and techniques like him in your entire life
Kema is one of the greatest flamenco guitarists of all time. I have never seen anyone play like him in my life. I hope he will react to it. He will hear the most beautiful music in his life and will not believe what his eyes see.
My replies to you keep getting erased!
@@maestrohaitham9547 For some reason all my replies asking about this artist have been erased as soon as I hit reply! Not sure if RUclips has a issue with the original commenter but is this the artist? ruclips.net/video/eRwATWVACig/видео.html
@@TheKillogicEffectYes this is it👍
Yes, this is the artist@@TheKillogicEffect
With Paco there is a unique sensation, you enter a bubble where there is only him and you, nothing else exists, time does not pass, the problems disappear, and after a while you notice that you have been with your mouth open for 10 minutes. There are great imitators like Grisha Goryachev, but you notice that something is missing. They are the same notes, but they don't sound the same (Maybe it would be a good section to have two guitarists playing the same thing and seeing the differences)
Absolutely!!! Very well put!!!
The Grino King of Flamenco. Kudos!
I didn't know about this recording by Paco. Thank you so much for showing it to me. Paco's technical level scares me, hahaha. I don't know, he's too good... hahaha. I just hope you find it as strange.
Yeah I hear what you are saying! Its almost overwhelming watching him as a guitarist with the amount of stuff going on!!!
Wow.
I agree 100 percent on your emphasis on the amount of inspiration that we can STILL receive from this man. It’s actually scary that i was 20 years old the first time i actually listened to flamenco music or pacos pieces.
I can only imagine how u feel. Like damn if only i heard this stuff during my younger days how would my life be as a musician.
Regardless we are grateful and still greatly inspired by this genre.
Anyways enough jibber jabber.
Enjoy this one my brother. Paco de lucia (solea)

Love and blessings to all ❤
Yeah I really wish I would have known about him when I was younger! I think it would have had a huge impact on the way I looked at my playing! But I am grateful for the fact there is so much of his life documented weather it be interviews or playing, every time I watch him I feel like I learned something new! We are lucky that we were given such an incredible musician! Thank you for the link and blessings I really appreciate and I look forward to checking it out!!! Thank you and much love and blessings to you and yours!!!
Per restar bocabadat en cada actuació del grandíssim i únic Paco de Lucía.
Please check out Vicente Amigo next, he is considered by many as the continuation of Paco.
He composed many masterpieces, Callejon de la luna, Morente, Ventanas del alma to name a few of his compositions.
We have some from him in out Flamenco playlist but we plan to get back to him for sure!
you're making me mad, lol!
you've reacted to two versions of this piece, but not the one you have to react to..
please react to paco's mi Niño Curro in Seville, you will not regret it.
It may help if you provide a link if possible! I would love to see this!!!
