Thank you for posting this! I thought this and the Minneapolis race was gone forever when BMB5150"s channel was deleted by the YT Copyright Hounds, but you saved all us good racing fans by ReUL'ing this! Again, thank you for DL'ing and posting this!
@@jpyt845 I too appreciate the re-up. I was at this race and remember being so pumped to see the 911 GT1. Had this on a long gone hard drive and its nice to see it back on the 'tube.
Hey hi, I'm BMB5150, had Duke media, the rights holders to 24 Hours of Le Mans coverage, which nuked my channel several years ago. Definitely thank you both for reuploading some of the more deep cut races like Trans-Am and USRRC races that got swept up and me being dumb losing the backups to them. Word of advice don't get to near the Duke Media sun, they'll scorch you. Though if you all have 1998 & 2000 24 Hours of Le Mans, upload it to the Internet Database like how asopher2 has done for many of his F1 uploads, though I see he's playing with fire by reuploading onto here.
I have to say, I love the rivalry between the Can-Am class and GT1 class cars. The CA cars seemed quicker but the GT1 cars seemed to have the more effective strategy.
SaidHead2 Back when Multiple class car can go for the overall victory which sadly you don't see in todays Weathertech Sportcar series or WEC because of their constricted regulation making the car underpowered and too reliable.
SaidHead2 That was due to heavy rain during the 2015 race. Sportscar endurance racing was fine until Le Mans started flip flopping on banning and reviving closed cockpit and/or open cockpit protype cars. then Rolex 24 discontinued the WSC class and so on Lemans was great when LMP and GTP where battling for the overall win Rolex 24 was great when CanAm/SRP and GT1 or GTS were battling for the overall win
I saw that and loved it. Do you by chance have the final PSCR sanctioned race at Laguna Seca or any other road racing series from the early Speedvision era?

No problem. Hopefully my channel will be safe. Speedvision and USRRC doesn't exist.

your view of a monster at 48:20 - there has never been much like the Panoz GTR-1 - listen to your speakers rumble

RIP Gary Lee.
He was a good play by play man.

jpyt845 And yet Petit Le Mans 2015 happened. Hell, even the first part of the DP era had something like this.
