you cannot initially rule out spinal because you don't know the mechanism of injury...no?
Realistically could of done a jaw thrust but at the same time it is a suspected overdose and not trauma related as far as any indications show.

In Ohio, EMR are not allowed to test glucose. We would need at least a Basic for that. We can deliver a baby, but not check glucose.
