@@Andrew-ze9pd another thing I like to think about the corruption is that the chances of them breaking out or if they even could of it is based on their corrupted form. An example will be The corrupted people in this song.
As we saw Sid most likely had his Eyes were ripped out by the way they look in the song so even if he got out the corruption he would be a lifeless corpse so as Gerald. Unless Gerald's skin grows back on his arms he'll be bleeding out unless he gets medical attention fast. But most likely he'll die of blood loss instantly. Then there's Gabriella. I don't think I need to say anything yes?
So basically speaking If they corruption Kills anyone like it does here then corrupted them it physically is impossible for them to survive if they become uncorrupted somehow. Though if it's a minor injury on the corrupted then they'll be fine.
