I was thrown by the original vid not having the intro but I also kinda liked it. Kept me on my toes a little bit! Lol (My life is tragically uneventful and boring if you couldn't tell, haha. 😁)
Was confused why
Deji is a natural. I've been watching MMA and Boxing for 15 years and he's got amazing head movement, impressive footwork, a great jab, incredible awareness and judgement of distance. He's in there dodging punches like he's in the Matrix and his reaction time is FAST FAST. He's so close to being there, but taking 3 months off is crazy. He didn't gas out which is good, but he needs to train on his off time. He has the best defense of any influencer boxer, and if he could just commit himself 100% to his training he'd be unstoppable in the influencer scene. One negative about the fight is he got too comfortable with Swarmz in the corner and let his guard down a few times allowing Swarmz to land a few good power shots while cornered, but what really impressed me is how Deji adjusted in rounds 3 and 4 and started throwing 2-3 punch combos in the corner and then, knowing Swarmz was about to throw a bomb, would back away or move his head to avoid it perfectly. Mid-fight adjustments are a sign of a good, experienced fighter and a good, experienced corner team. If you made it this far into my rant, thank you. Lol.

Dejis movement head movement and pacing was amazing while Swarmz stamina was quite bad and he kept putting himself In the corner but one thing you gotta give Swarmz his speed in his combos are brilliant

Tbh right. Yes he took 3 months off. But that wasn’t due to like complacency that he’ll win or being disinterested etc. It’s more like ok he realised he oh shit i rly needa train hard and was able to then put in the work and keep consistent from that point. I’m glad it’s not a problem of motivation or submitting yourself to training when he rly needs to but yes it would be sm nicer if he was consistently training

I didn't have much respect for deji but the improvements he's made he's gained my respect if he had jjs work ethic he could be just as good as him his defence, composure and technique is quality if he really trained he could generally go places

No one’s saying he can’t go at his own tempo- but he has no stated he sees it as a hobby.
If he said he wasn’t serious about it & was just having fun, then that’d be fine. Not like he’d be getting the same matches or anything.
Boxing for a hobby still means you have to train loads, enough that you can keep up with opponents & not be severely injured…
When his training was left up to him he came into the ring fat and took a knee mid-fight
