Omega Quintet proficiency farming

This can be done on any difficulty but is easier on normal or intermediate.Work on one of those two first so that you can just carry it over to advanced and not have to worry about it.also,know that the gains will decrease once you start to get closer the enemies level,especially once they become normal or weak.

Speaking of gains decreasing once I get closer to the Enemy's level:
I've been fighting the Shark enemies at the Triple Towers, with Beast Film equipped to all my characters, so they absorb Water attacks,
But once my Mics reach levels 7-9, they level up a lot slower, and IDK what Enemy I should fight next, once the Shark enemies no longer give me large Proficiency gains?
I'm currently at levels 247 and 257(as of this comment)
