Thank you for the catapult location but I'm with SignorJango on this, it's so much easier to just morph into an orc after the catapult part and just walk right in.

You have to take the quest and start it from the novel after go to the catapult.. is not bugged for sure, double check mate!

You need to check on codex. Mark the quest

Go codex to quests, mark them with the star and they will show to you on the map.
