Good times. It's easy when we have no expectations or pressure / hype from the media we can just go and enjoy the atmosphere, perhaps soak up some European culture and make new friends along the way. The Tartan Army are fairly effective at policing themselves which is always appreciated by the locals and police.
It's great to see that it is possible to drink a lot still be fun and happy fans. Even after they lose. The same goes for Irish fans whenever they manage to qualify. The question is, why can't the English?

In my opinion, because there is so much expectation and pressure from their media who hype it up to levels the team just can't match. This leads to frustration and anger from, it has to be said, a small minority of their fans. Most England fans are just like the Tartan Army.
@@NomadicNotes8 Well, they were not as bad as they used to be, but "singing" about bombing their host country, in a city that had been destroyed over 90%, is a far cry from good behaviour.
As a German we love the Scotish ppl because you have the same lifestyl -) traditional country and friendly ppl you are, youre qelcome, have a good time, we love youre Dudelsack music -)
