I just love how thrilled he is about the other songs and other artists! Plus he's also just a very nice guy and very positive. Eurovision 2009 was my first Eurovision and it's been so amazing to see him again performing.

I think Alex was a little miffed at how wiwbloggs have talked about his song negatively. At the beginning, he said "Deban- oh ye of little faith", which is what you say to someone who doesn't believe in you or puts down your ideas. Later he mentions it again, when he says "Do you enjoy the song, Deban?" and Deban says "I....I will...I've enjoyed you for many years" so that cloud seems to be sitting between them awkwardly.

I think it’s time for some of us to take a step back and chill. There are some serious and potentially harmful accusations going around in this comment section concerning Aleksander being on drugs. I’ve seen several of you claim that he’s «high as a kite», but this is honestly just his personality. He’s always been a little socially awkward, and for all we know he may have some unfinished business with wiwibloggs which could explain what some of you are referring to as «weird» or «suspicious» behaviour, but my point is this; that is none of our concern. So stop the negativity, both towards Rybak AND each other. Eurovision is a concept built on celebration and acceptance.

He cancelled all his interviews because he has the flu. Cold? LOL...he seemed very happy to see him, they hugged and he said he loved Rybak. Somme ppl are so quick to jump to conclusions and making up stories. Rybak talked to about 100 journalists yesterday and i'm sure he's getting the same q's over and over again. For me, he seemed very much like himself. But sure, it must be very odd...must be something strange going on. Why don't you just hold on to that and make your own exciting stories!

Yet another one who doesn't get the point with this song....
And yet I do like the song, it reminds me of Jamiroquai 1993, which is a good thing. The lyrics just don't work though and if I were a music professional, that would cut my vote.
It's a fun sing-a-long song. If you're looking for mystical and deep lyrics, this is not the song, no.
I'm not looking for mystery or depth, just a bit of accuracy. Jay Kay sang "Do-do-do-do-do Da-da-do" 25 years ago and that was great, because he wasn't giving us lyric writing advice at the same time.
He is not giving us lyric advice either. He wants to inspire ppl to believe in their ideas, work hard and make them come true.
No personality, an overinflated ego and just NO singing voice. He should stick to playing the violin coz that's all he's good at. He doesn't deserve a place in the final, in my view.
