And before you answer that question, think of this. The common start of these 2 bands is Lou Pearlman and Wright Management. 1st Backstreet and THEN N'Sync when the success of Backstreet, in the STATES, was so obvious.
If you knew the history, you would know that if it weren't for Backstreet there wouldn't be N'Sync. The list goes on. Backstreet paved the way for N'Sync and other boy band afterwards. Before Backstreet there was NKOTB, Boys II Men, Take That, etc, but the definition of boy bands today was brought about by the success of Backstreet & THEN N'Sync. Now I'm not knocking N'Sync at all, they are very talented, but the question remains, if Backstreet failed do you think N'Sync would have made it?
