Necro is actually a pretty cool character, he probably has one of the saddest backgrounds in street fighter. He is basically a teenager still, all kinds of experiments done to him, and pretty powerful for a young person who is just learning his transformation. Messed up what the secret society has done to him.
Necro was such a dumb character to me. But now that I realize he's connected to Twelve and possibly even an earlier model of him, His arc seems like much more than Electric Boogaloo, the character.
