The answer is nobody. But somehow, Mr. Van Dyke, the ultimate showman and Disney Legend lacks a definitive presence in the Disney theme parks and this is completely unacceptable! It's time to see Mr. Van Dyke back in the Disney Parks, and here's how we can do it... by giving him his own audio animatronic attraction!

I just love Dick van Dyke, a legend & a gentleman. It’s about time he gets recognition for all his work with Walt Disney. The man’s a genius.
I can't put into words the love and respect that I have for Mr. Van Dyke.
Dick Van Dyke is the BEST. I am amazed at his great talent. And, I respect him a a man. It is no wonder everyone wants to honor this man and the great life he is leading.
Ah Jordan, so good to hear your voice behind the Happy Place Explorers logo again. I miss you guys, we need some more livestreams...or something!
I was fortunate enough to see Mr. Van Dyke several years ago at a tribute to 'The Dick Van Dyke Show" at the Egyptian Theater in L.A. He was very charming and energetic and he performed the theme song to his show with lyrics, as he did in the clip you featured.

He is my 10th cousin 2x removed. We are Mayflower descendants from John Alden and Priscilla Mullins. I am so proud of my distant cousin. I totally agree that he should have an animatronic in the park!!!
It is said that on a piece of paper next to Walt Disney's death bed in a hospital room overlooking Disney Studios in Burbank was written in Walt's hand, "Kurt Russell". Maybe he was planning his own Mt Rushmore of Disney icons? I believe Dick Van Dyke belongs on it too.
You should be proud of yourself for this, especially when the man himself notes it.

You mentioned John Progress…Might I propose an update of Carousel of Progress with Mr Van Dyke himself! The man HAS been with us and would have perspectives on JUST ABOUT ALL of the periods covered (I believe he was born in 1924, which is actually Exactly when Act 2 takes place)…so, either update the vignettes with Dick as the new centerpiece, or, even better, have Dick and John Progress banter back and forth across the eras! (Although I’m not sure if the actor who voiced John is still with us…)

I'm retiring from my job in a few years & am moving to Orlando to work part-time at Disney. Could you tell me some really close places to Disney where we could move where I would not have to cross I-4 to get to work (we are having trouble narrowing down where to search for a new house)? Is there any other advice that you could give me about moving to the Orlando area & bike trails in the Orlando area? Thanks again for everything that you do with your channel.
I would put Kurt Russell up on the Disney Mt Rushmore rather than Annette Funicello…(Perhaps THAT’s why Walt’s alleged last words were “Kurt Russell”)

The man is a legend...I mean, yeah, Annette was a lovely person and, yeah, as a fellow Italian, it's ALWAYS an adventure with the longer names....but K-U-R-T R-U-S-S-E-L-L is a stone cold GOD, sir....A Living God, even...Ask Peter Quill
