I love the anti gravity players like Japanese player.. Not as tall as Poland player but when they attack, it seems like they got wings and fly so high to spike the ball.. Kudos Japanese team! All the best
It looks like that because they're short. Some of the Polish players reach is way higher if they try cause they're tall and have crazy long hands too. Little japanese can jump high but still their reach isnt that impressive but their speed is.
that is why they lost quickly, how long they can keep flying during 1-2 hours lol

Seeing so many comments, I'm impressed that so many people in the world are watching volleyball and this movie has so much display. I always support the Polish team but I am full of recognition for Japan for their excellent technical style of play

Nishida serves a bomb and then kills the ball on the same play. Dude is unbelievable. Does so much for the Japanese team. Seems like their middles are getting better too but the Japanese team is a little too predictable always throwing the ball to nishida and ishikawa. Nonetheless still played like beasts. Much love from the states

And the setter is too small
Nishida get too cocky in the first half until he got shut down by poland hard hitter HAHAHAHAHA
@@leslie7872 the setter being too small can be an issue but we have seen teams work around it and become extraordinary such as France and tonuitti but yes I will say the middles are not dangerous enough.
@@Saiputera I mean to be fair he shut down Poland's hard hitters too lol. The thing is getting blocked is part of volleyball. It's part of the game. If you don't get blocked you'll never get better. And I don't think cocky is the right word to describe nishida. Dude just wants to win lol

Yuki ishikawa smashed 123.8 km speed pipe in this match, it's incredible and it is the highest speed spike recorded for this couple days matches. SHOW RESPECT WITH A HONEST LIKE❤❤❤.

It is not the highest speed :D I remember one of Kurek's spikes in this match has reached over 126 km/h.

It's becose of the new ball from Mikasa. It's faster then old types. Kurek in this match was sending spikes over 126km/h.
Normally even strongest players in modern volleyball like Kurek/Leon/Ngapeth spikes with 110-120 km/h.

I'm Japanese but my most favorite team is Poland. Actually I wavered which team I should be a fan of. I believe Poland will win the World Cup in this year because Italy, which Poland lost in World Cup 2015, already have lost the first game, on the other hand, Poland is still undefeated!!! But Poland have to win against Russia and Brazil so keep it up!
Thank you. I'm Polish and I was surprised that Japanese National Team has such talented players like Ishikawa and Nishida. They are awesome and watching their strikes was delicious. I must admit I didn't expect that volleyball is so popular in Asia. I hope your team will get better in the future and climb higher and higher. Maybe even higher than Nishida's jumps (if it's even possible).
@@denkigama5331In 1970s, volleyball was more popular than now because Japan men's national team was the top of the world like Gold medal in the Olympic game. At that time, the strong point of Japan is the techniques and new types of the attack such as 'Quick.' I can say Japan needs to improve the techniques for win the games. I hope Japan become strong again!

That's nice to read. But the truth is USA looks pretty strong in this tournament and if they break Brazil (I suppose they will), it's them who's winning this world cup. Of course I prefer Poland but we're not in best shape. If we were, then we wouldn't have lost to USA plus I dunno if we can beat Brazil (but I believe we will do that). If it comes to Russia - I don't think they are gonna be a problem for us. Italians suck at this moment, today's easy 3-0 win over them just confirms it.

I admire Japan team. Eventhough they are disadvantaged by height they played toe to toe with tall Polish players. Nishida is making a name for himself. He is now one of my top 5 opposite: Wallace, Boyer, Anderson, Zaytsev & Nishida!

Beautiful match! KUREK has returned. He's after spinal surgery and had to save himself. For him it's a control match. The reserve team played in a match against Japan. Although they did a great job, they are coming back to Poland soon. The basic Polish team is resting after the European Championships. They will start playing when the opponent is strong.
