Hey guys It's been a year since I wrote this first text and, things changed. In a good way. Recently, I've realised something. In those moments, we only see two options: Being in pain or being hateful. There's in fact a third option: Being who you are, and I always was a loving and caring person. I refuse to hate and decide to feel the hurt which surprisingly helps me to let go way easier than before. I think we create our own scenarios with our expectations. And when all of that is not reached, we get hurt and end up being in pain and in this "Never again" phase. Imo, it takes courage, strenght and will to not let those impact who you deeply are. I've decided to let go of them without pushing them away. We still talk to each other, laugh with each other and are still close to each other. There's still "love", but not "that" way. And that, I've accepted it. And understood that it has nothing to do with me. I mean, I'm not the problem. neither is the person in front of me. It's just that we naturally do not have the same chemistry for each other. "I love you" is what you should say in the first place, no matter what. Nothing's hidden anymore and it allows you to move on, one way or the other. Do not hide your feelings. Keep an open heart and mind. Be comprehensive, because the person in front of you is just as human as you are. Do not force anything on them. You wouldn't like it, so they won't either. You'll figure it out, don't you worry. It's been a year since I wrote this first text and, things changed. In a good way.
Recently, I've realised something. In those moments, we only see two options: Being in pain or being hateful. There's in fact a third option: Being who you are, and I always was a loving and caring person. I refuse to hate and decide to feel the hurt which surprisingly helps me to let go way easier than before.
I think we create our own scenarios with our expectations. And when all of that is not reached, we get hurt and end up being in pain and in this "Never again" phase. Imo, it takes courage, strenght and will to not let those impact who you deeply are.
I've decided to let go of them without pushing them away. We still talk to each other, laugh with each other and are still close to each other. There's still "love", but not "that" way. And that, I've accepted it. And understood that it has nothing to do with me. I mean, I'm not the problem. neither is the person in front of me. It's just that we naturally do not have the same chemistry for each other.
"I love you" is what you should say in the first place, no matter what. Nothing's hidden anymore and it allows you to move on, one way or the other. Do not hide your feelings. Keep an open heart and mind. Be comprehensive, because the person in front of you is just as human as you are. Do not force anything on them. You wouldn't like it, so they won't either.
You'll figure it out, don't you worry. You'll learn, you'll grow, and I promise you it'll be okay. Just, do not go against who you are and who you want to be. We can all show kindness no matter what. And even if it hurts, feel it, experience it, let it go and smile.
