Depends what you mean by "toughest" if you mean raw Endurance I would actually say Doyle with how much he got fucked-up and still came back. If you mean combat prowess, I would say Dorian and Spec are around the same level, with Dorian being stronger. If you mean deadliness, it would be Yanagi with his poison hand and other shit.
