As someone who plays a lot with the King of the Legion, i have a few small tips that can help:
First of all, your main priority as the king is to get your opponent to the corner. Any time you get a grab, go for upper attack and then a forward jump kick for the corner carry potential, or low attack for damage.
Second, use hid basic attack often. If you feel like the opponent will approach with a jump kick, use the basic attack. Its a very strong anti air, and can combo into low attack if successful. If they dont jump, then you can either cancel the move or do the two hits. Since its safe on block, you can afford to just throw it out often.
And finally, when your Dark Incarnation activates, most opponents will do one of two things. Theyll either try to immediately jump in and finish you off, or theyll try to predict your jump kick and anti air you.
Try to be unpredictable with your follow up. I find that using the basic attack after Dark Incarnation works very well, since people tend to either use jump kick or some other option, and the kings basic attack is a big, safe move that is good at catching jumps and in neutral.
