What business is it of the neighbors what the new owner does with his land? America means they have the right to do with their land what they want. The new owner shouldn't ditch the motocross track and put in a chicken farm for these big manufacturers.
??? America does not mean you can do whatever you want. I am in the process of trying to purchase land just to be able to park my RV and it's not easy. You have to find Unrestricted land/Recreational property to be able to do what you want. That means no deed restrictions at all and NO zoning restrictions. Not an easy find these days.
Open a store and get up to speed on equipment and apparel that motocross riders need then rob the hell out of them when they need it. They will have to pay cause they're in the middle of nowhere. It's the American way.
I’d love to know what these neighbors think makes them so special they can demand no noise from their neighbors.. I’d start making as much noise as possible just to be a dick .. I seen the property and there’s plenty of room to have the tracks away from the neighbors houses .. the noise complaint is bullshit he just doesn’t want a bunch of extra traffic and people near him and is using the sound limits as a excuse .. I guarantee if you tried building a golf course or anything he didn’t like he’d still have some sort of complaint.. smh some people ..
Simple - it's annoying as hell and disrespectful to everyone to be selfish as hell. You can go ride your dirtbike elsewhere, you don't have the right to disrupt someone else's sanctuary. I just sued the shit out of neighbor (and won), he has to pay me restitution which will pay for my new excavator, all from him being a dick. I tried to compromise, 1 day a week for 4 hours, but that didn't work. Being that i'm a multi-millionaire, you simply comply or I sue and that's that. FYI - there was no noise ordinance in the township and it's considered AG security. Disturbing the peace and public nuisance works but you have to keep appealing. He ran out of money, I got my way.
@@AN-jz3px Sounds like you'd be proud to sue anyone for any reason, huh? I don't know you, and maybe I'm off base here, but I'm always suspicious of people who brag about how much money they have. How much of it did you get from suing people?? Your neighbor may have indeed been a prick, but you decided to try to dictate to him that he can ride 1 day a week for 4 hours? Really? Do you mow your lawn? Ever run a chainsaw or leaf blower? If you do, that noise is annoying. I'd sue....

What a bunch of cry babies. The country isnt always quiet. There are always gunshots, people riding their atvs, tractors going back and forth, and of course kids with loud as heck cars/trucks revving as they drive by. This guy just got lucky with a quiet environment and neighbors. But a lot of people dream to do these things on THEIR land in the country. Maybe ask them to keep the racing for the weekends, if your that bothered.
@@kevinerickson2595 I think you missed the point. In Canada, they will use the fact you donated to the truckers as evidence that you're a far-right terrorist or something and get your bank account shut down. Look it up, that's what they're doing.
I feel like they could just, ya know, deal with it instead of whining?
Yes!! Another track that will be close to me!

You should buy property away from neighbors.
They could use the land to bring in out of state developers that rent to section 8 citizens and in turn bring down the tax level

Then they just order on-line and the store goes out of buisness.

This is the same guy that complains about his grandsons never going outside to play 🙄.
What a bunch of losers
Good for the county and the children to keep them busy. Stop being a crying baby
The Planning board; all they see is more tax revenue for the county and it's not happening in their back yard.

Are they zoned for this? Keep OSHA and the EPA on them. Lawyer up. There's a thousand ways to jam them up.

I doubt it
These people only think about themselves
