DairyCon19 - Frank Coffey

The theme of this year’s Teagasc National Dairy Conference focuses on dairy sustainability and addressing the conference will be two successful dairy farmers who will present papers about the socially acceptable aspect of sustainability. Frank Coffey from Currow, Co. Kerry adopted a number of practices on his farm to make things as simple and efficient as possible. Frank will address the Kerry conference as to how he has made dairy farming work for his family, focusing on achieving a good work-life balance, managing the number of hours work while also engaging in a range of off-farm interests.
