Farmers markets happen around here, but only in the summer. And at that, it's only once a week for three hours in the morning. AND there aren't many people who show up. So, it's not an excuse for everyone. I have made big changes. Some of my favorite "multivitamins" come from bee pollen, sea moss chlorella, camu camu fruit powder, unfortified nutritional yeast, celtic sea salt (and redmonds) etc. We can get raw milk from time to time. I render all my own pasture raised fats, and eat the meat, broth and eggs from the same farm. My wife works there so it's convenient. Also good raw unpasteurized honey is a great addition to any diet.
Regenerative and getting meat from one animal at a farm is not available to everyone and is cost prohibitive, let's be honest. You're going hard like those factors are not real barriers. Farmers markets in my city are a scam, they sell conventional produce and pretend it's from farms! Throw kids in and groceries become that much harder. I hear you but this is honestly a little disconnected from the common experience.
You're talking about where you live and your income bracket. Sir, I respect your work but you're not listening. You think you're the only one who sacrifices, who researches, who strives? Perhaps broadening your understanding of the magnitude of the problem our food system is for people might be better than blaming them. Sincerely.
