  • When we started on Hank’s squarebody, we found that this thing was worse off than any of us ever could have imagined. Lucky for Hank, we’ve made repairs like this before, so we’re no strangers to rust.
In this video, we get to work addressing the worst parts of this squarebody Chevy, and tackle replacing rocker panels and floor boards, in hopes of bringing this thing back to its former glory.

I have a 82 Chevy and I'm not making fun bieng negative but that thing is in rough shape and if it was me I'd pull it off the frame and sand blasted because it looks like rust is the only thing holding it together.

I did find a brand new bed for it it's complete a drop in minus paint ready for the teeth grind $2440.29 plus shipping he can get the panels from LMC Truck still but still grind your teeth I think the cheapest panel was 24 dollars and it was a small section of floor.

      I don't believe I would put
my granddaughters in that driving 🎉down the road myself this is one square body that needs to be in the junkyard unless someone is going to spend time and replace it all
the fire wall and everything needs to be fixed. Man just said he wasn't going to fix it all need to jack it up and drive another one up under it I hope it becomes a safe truck for the girls.
