Is there a literature reference you are using for the grid framework you display at 09:35 and discuss throughout the video? I would like to read more about the framework.
what is your view on strategy maps? balance score cards? blue/red ocean strategies? Strategy canvas? What do they have common with your approach what is different? As far as I know these topics do not take into consideration the organisational behaviours, nor risk... what else...? Did Minzberg change his mind after writing 1995 the fall and the rise of strategic planning??? and so on..
Not Good!!! When I read the title I was expecting to watch a comprehensive review of Strategic Management literature, not just the thoughts of 2-3 people. This video is missing a lot of views (like Michael Porter, Norton & Kaplan the HBS guys, etc...). I wish there is a video that explains most of the views so we can understand the differences between them and understand the concept in general!
How about you do your own video? For me, this one works as some points are very well explained. If you want a comprehensive explanation of SM, get a book.
