He coached them to memorable victories, such as a win over the New York Giants in his debut, a 63-21 annihilation of the Los Angeles Chargers, and a huge win on Christmas over the Kansas City Chiefs.
On top of that, Pierce brings fear and respect back to an iconic franchise that has been down for too long.

Hey genius, when did Antonio Pierce ever coached a team to the championship? When did AP ever coached a team to the playoffs? Raider fans wanted a great head coach with established accomplishments. AP is a mediocre coach compared to Jim Harbaugh and others. We love the Raiders but not AP or Mark Davis.
