You know how, during the 3 years between the movie being announced in 2013 and its release in 2016, there was so much backlash and controversy about it? This makes me wonder what could have happened if Batman v. Superman had a situation like this one, in which both versions of the characters were "new" and well received (I say "new" in brackets because Tyler Hoechlin has been playing Superman since 2016).
I would prefer a "World's Finest" movie with Robert and Tyler.
