    Bonjour, merci pour la vidéo. Vous avez utilisé l'huile 0w20 qui est très fluide. Que pensez vous de l'huile 0w30 ?

    • @EverydayWorkshop
      @EverydayWorkshop  9 месяцев назад +3

      Bonjour, well 0W 30 is a slightly thicker oil so will have better warm climate performance. This may suit you if you’re in such a climate. The 0W 20 is a lower viscosity so is better for cooler climates. I would definitely follow the manufacturer’s recommendations in your manual for your make and model. Hope this helps. Happy New Year 🙂👍

      Hi Steve, thanks I’m please enjoyed it, and hopefully found it useful. If you haven’t seen it I have a video showing the ramps build. Link: ruclips.net/video/-_SDamRqlsA/видео.html
      You notice I used my arm torque wrench 😉. I’m happy knowing I’ve tightened enough without over tightening. I did put the torque of I think 35 Nm in the description, which is probably about 28 lbft. 🙂👍

      You may have twisted the o ring when putting it on.
      Easily done when getting it over the threads.

    Why does the engine have to be at full operating temperature?

    • @EverydayWorkshop
      @EverydayWorkshop  10 месяцев назад +6

      Hi Andretti, great question, it is always best to have the oil as hot as possible. The hotter and thinner it is, more of it will easily drain out of the engine. Always best to remove as much of the old oil as possible. Of course if you can’t do this for some reason it’s not a massive problem. Changing the oil is still the main thing. Maybe I should have mentioned that in the video. Hope you have found the video useful. 🙂👍
