I have unfortunately found motherhood to be an extremely masculine energy of constant action and organisation. Ironically I feel like it’s my husband who gets to be in the feminine - just enjoying, being relaxed, being the fun one and good cop.
I think it depends how you approach motherhood. Many get lost in the organisational chaos of it all, without finding pockets of peace. I put my feminine nurturing side above all, so I make sure everything runs smoothly SO that I can be present in my feminine with my kids when I’m with them :)
I think classifying things as masculine or feminine energy is kind of useless. We can both do the same things and have the same traits, but it would be expressed differently because one is male and the other is female.
It all goes back to us as women feeling WORTHY. We are worthy to enjoy, worthy to receive, worthy to feel and be as we want to be. Working on the same ❤ Thank you Valeria for your openness
Conversations on masculine and feminine energy on the internet can be either liberating or problematic/ toxic. There is a lot of tension between who we are at core, how we have experienced the world, and what the world expects of us as women. Sometimes the tension between masculine and feminine energies does not need to exist. Both are necessary to achieving and maintaining a sense of success and wellbeing . Knowing how and when to tap into these energies is what's most important.
Valeria, you should look into Dr. Gabor Mate, and his books. He talks about many of these issues surrounding chronic illnesses in women. It would be lovely to have him as a guest in your podcast.
Such a precious video!! This is literally gold! Finally a woman talking about being scared of having a daughter, I've been waiting for so many years for somebody wording the fears I have in my head and expressing it so adequately ❤
Your aligning with your true self, we are spiritual beings having a human experience 💙 When you go through this your on your way to living your best life! 😊
Hello Valeria! This is such a great video. Thank you for your openness and your honesty! You are such an empowering person. You are like a beautiful ray of georgeous Radiant Sunshine. You are such a beautiful person and light. Love you so much Valeria! Love, Janice and Larry Watson Pittsburgh PA. USA
Valeria, you are spiritually awakening, and I’m so proud of you. Keep searching for the truth because your mind is so beautifully independent and innovative. We’re on a breathtaking journey together. I’m also going through a transformation, and it started not too long ago-it's been an insane experience, everything shifting in a matter of hours. I’m not just talking about feminine energy; I’m talking about finding your soul’s true path. You’ll see what I mean if you haven’t already ;)
You articulated my thoughts so beautifully. I'm 35 and have been going through this for the last year. It's very hard when you are a high achiever, surrounded by high achievers, but also want to be a present and mindful mom. In my case, motherhood clearly started this journey. Now, I'm pregnant with my second, and as I get closer to my due date, I feel a sense of urgency to find a mental feminine balance before postpartum chaos hits again. It's a personal, very lonely journey, and this episode was like a little balm on my heart. Thank you -xx
I am a mother of two girls ❤One is 20 and the other is 12.I agree that beeing a woman is not easy but if you educate your doughter and teach her to be strong ,to belive and if you suport her.....the result will be perfect 😊I was scared to be a mother of a boy.....P.S. I had my first doughter at 20😅
I can relate to not being able to enjoy life’s pleasures more, I always find myself justifying them and feeling like I need to earn them first. Much like you, I had a single mom who had to be dad too. I rarely saw my mom calm, relaxed and just enjoying the moment and as an adult, that makes me really sad. That’s the example of womanhood that I was given, though I’m consciously shifting it now.
this was an incredibly deep topic and im grateful you shared such personal feelings with us on the internet, takes a huge balls to do it. i admire u. thank you.
Thank you for sharing this, Valeria. I have felt and experienced much of what you've discussed in this episode. And I'm sure that many other women have as well. Thank you for being so open and articulating this.❤❤❤
When i first realized that body is actually making me a favor expelling all the unnecessary toxins once a month i run into a very nice book called "Red Moon: Understanding and Using the Gifts of the Menstrual Cycle" and it was right align with what i was trying to understand and learn about myself as well. I definitely recommend. Additionally "Vagine, the new biography" as well incredible book.+ "Caitlin Mauran, How to be a Woman" ... I feel these books have left me a lot.
Hey Valeria, loved the episode. I would just like to put a question out there, as I don’t feel like we’re coming to a second “feminine era”. I think maybe you and/or other women may feel that way because you’ve financially/professionally already conquered a lot = proved yourselves that you can do it. I personally still feel like there’s so much for me to do in these aspects that thinking about this new approach to femininity doesn’t make as much sense. What do you think? ❤✨
19:24 lol you’re describing a typical Soviet mindset/ state of mind that unfortunately has been (easily) past along through generations… I am with you on that one, it’s better to step out of it and learn a healthier and more sustainable mindset
You would love the book, The Red Tent. It celebrates the menstrual cycle as a time where women gather in the red tent and share stories, rest and be together. It’s a beautiful story.
I'm feeling this way and I'm scared of how strong this force (once you start seeing it you can't unsee it) but it can be confusing, and scary, as it can break things as it comes out. Also, I think it's going to be challenging for people around us, including our partners (men) to understand us and for us to feel they don't slow us down.
Loved your video, such an important topic! ❤ I am going trough the same period in my life and absolutely agree that this transformation needs to go trough the body and not so much the head, which can be very hard to do. I find Trauma release exercises (TRE) to be very helpful with connecting with myself
Adore this conversation and really needed this today!!! And so relevant - its so hard to be a modern woman and tap into the true pleasure of the feminine.
I’m 29, married one year and terrified of having a girl. My younger sister two years younger and I have never had much of a relationship and what we did have was bad. It really throws a stick in the family. I’m scared to have a daughter and then another child.
Fear is in the unknown. I can't speak on having a daughter, but I can speak aa a daughter. My mother was not my only model of womanhood. I was blessed to have two grandmothers, several grand aunts, and many other women in my community to look up to as models of womanhood/ femininity and how they related to the world around them. Valeria, there's no sense in being scared. A daughter is a mirror but she's also her own person. The fact that you are conscious of your own experience would bring texture and understanding to a mother/ daughter relationship and bond. As a parent, you can't take full credit for who and what your children end up as. You're putting so much pressure and weight on yourself to be everything. Just like every relationship has a purpose and lifespan, so too is the relationship between parent/ child. Be yourself and leave room for change.
I wanted to share that you may not even need overthink what is feminine or a woman and picking apart each one and going in circles if you look for your identity in Christ Jesus. I would encourage you to lean into Jesus and read the Holy Bible. There is peace and understanding if you are looking for more, something higher than yourself, higher than what astrology, witchcraft, and practices of divination can offer. Of course, you’ll have to give that up and repent, to truly know but Jesus loves you none the less.❤
Energetic problems are the physical problems. You can’t have one without the other in the human body.. that’s the fundamental point to understand!… (speaking as an elite athlete)
I love this. I feel like when I became a mother I lost my feminine and became more of a woman. And I want my feminine back. Thank you for this ❤ this has made me realize what I've lost of how to become myself again.
I agree its a masculine energy for the active part of being a mother such as leading and delegating tasks, chores and disciplining like a manager would be when it comes to work. I also believe its a feminine energy at the core when it comes to their big feelings and breaatfeeding/bottle feeding, caring and cooking for them its very nurturing and feminine. So I guess its intertwined and ever changing every day depending on the needs of each child and their age. ❤
Since women routinely do all of this, obviously all of these behaviors are very feminine. Why do we even need these names for different behaviors, can't they just all be human?
Re. Astrology..It sounds like have a stellium in virgo in your birthchart 😅yeah, my rational mind understands that Astrology can't be real scientifically. but i dabbled a lot in it since highschool and it's just amazing how many accurate things i saw over the years in myself and others, so it's amazing to me and i still like it and use it 🤷🏻♀️.
Women can speak for hours and hours and hours and never make one point or say one concrete factual statement. It’s honestly amazing to behold but ultra frustrating.
Absolutely HELPFUL VIDEO , it pushed me to think about a lot about myself especially ,I’m really appreciative . It’s easy to put negative devil energy out
You would love the book, The Red Tent. It celebrates the menstrual cycle as a time where women gather in the red tent and share stories, rest and be together. It’s a beautiful story.
I dont agree motherhood is a masculine energy, the nourishing protective energies of a mother are very feminine energies.
I am with you on that,we protect our children differently from men, with different energy
Let her speak 😅

What is crazy is that we are the same age and I am at the same place in my life! Please do more podcasts in feminine energy! Thank you!🙏🏼
More to come, stay tuned ❤🥰
Love this podcast! It's engaging and informative. However, there are too many ads, which disrupts the flow. Reducing them would make it perfect.

Yes lets celebrate our menstrual cycle. In our culture we try to wear red during this time as a celebration and claim it.
The best!!!
