noelle will be that kind of character that is annoying to fight but when you learn how counter it the character will be weak
I hope noelle get added but with some changes snowgrave cooldown is high and need max stamina to use snowgrave
Don't judge yet, since it's still in development and this is like an early access as of now.

Even tho UTPR is pretty good, And they got good quality, So maybe it will take some time
Sans already comes along with the set its like they already have his moveset in a box so every game creator can use it
