@@JacobASwanson almost impossible. second hand and new-old-stock is all that is available. i got realy excited when i discovered that they, and square head bolts were available in the states

All us tractor guys are normally abnormal...lol. Those times when square nuts are modernized for me I break into a whole different category of time. There are days and DAZE! Just try to minimize the second DAZE! For the lipped pulley and smooth pulley could you turn a ring and braze the lip to the smooth pulley and then machine everything concentric and size?
Abnormal is right, LOL! Yeah, that would be another possibility to address the pulley situation. We have some time to ponder that, engine work won't start in earnest until maybe next winter at best. Thanks!
